Oregon is all about being "indie," particularly in the wine industry. The Indie Wine Mixer features the wines of independent, small, boutique, micro-wineries. In essense: The winemaker IS the brand. They do all the work, wear all the hats, and are producing killer wines on a shoestring. These are not the wines of gentleman farmers, buyouts, or investment firms. These are the wines of people who love the struggle, the hustle, and getting dirty.

At this year's Indie Wine Mixer, you can meet over 30 winemakers--the winemakers are the ones pouring the wine...because...they are indie! Held over Memorial Day Weekend, a traditional Open House weekend for big-box, estate wineries, the Indie Wine Mixer is a two-day gathering of the wine community, and the wine-country community.
